Larry DiPasquale founded Epicurean Group in 1981.  As CEO and Chairman, his vision has forged new directions for Epicurean Group with expansive concepts of restaurants, sports hospitality, and cultural facilities. DiPasquale’s career and understanding of hospitality began in a variety of service and culinary industry roles.  During the last 35 years, he has been an innovator in the art of catering and an advocate for “giving back” to the community that has supported him. Larry’s involvement with We Don’t Waste fits perfectly with his passion for feeding the under served, eliminating waste, and educating future food service professionals.
