Please note that our Mobile Food Markets at Garden Place Academy, Sunnyside, and Presentation of Our Lady are walk-through (where attendees can walk up and shop). Our markets at Lalo Delgado, North Middle School, Focus Points/Our Lady of Grace, and 40th Ave are drive-thru. We can accommodate walk-up attendees at all markets, but ask that people drive up if they have access to a vehicle.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
