Tons of Cabbage (literally)!

We recently received a truck load of cabbage. This food is high in Vitamin C, Fiber, Vitamin K, and powerful antioxidants. Nothing is better then giving nutritious food to those in need. Cabbage is good for much more then just coleslaw. Throw it on the grill with some salt and garlic or chop it up and throw it on some tacos. Either way there is lots of cabbage to go around.
